The Newcastle Jet
Provost Company was formed in 1995 following the purchase of a Jet
Provost Mk T.3A We are based at Newcastle
International Airport. The Jet
Provost, better known as the "JP" is flown for pleasure by the
group members. The company consists of
20 members who each own a share in the company. The company's Director is Dr
Keith Lister, the Chairman is myself,
Neil McCarthy. The aircraft's
civil registration is: G-BVEZ, however the aircraft retains it's
RAF markings and still bares XM479, its original registration. The aircraft is
operated on a "permit to fly" which has to be renewed every year
just like an M.O.T. for a car. If you are
